creatorDM Pro is billed monthly.
When we refund
If you were charged in error or the product was unavailable for a material part of the billing period, email help@creatordm.com within 14 days of the charge.
When we do not refund
Partial months after you have used paid DM volume, or cancellations that take effect at the next renewal.
How to cancel
Cancel from the billing screen in the app. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
