Setup
- Automation → New → Instagram.
- Add trigger Story Reply.
- Keywords contains, or empty = any reply.
- Optional reply field here is sent as a DM.
- Chain Send Message, follow check, leads, or Shopify cards.
- Live.
Put a sticker on the story that matches the keyword. Keep the DM short; add a button.

Does this work on story mentions?
The trigger is Story Reply — when someone replies to your story. Mention-from-another-story is a different Instagram event and is not this trigger.
